Besides the Bind on Pickup rare and epic items that drop from the bosses you can also find Bind on Equip rare and epic items which can be sold for hundreds of gold. Next to these items you will always be able to pick up some grey items, cloth, potions and green items which are also very valuable. If you find a good group you can always offer to complete several dungeons in a row. This is great because like this you will not lose time looking for a group.
Most of you are probably in a guild and depending on their rules you might not be allowed to go to certain dungeons. With these dungeons I mean the 10 man and 25 man dungeons. Some guilds are trying to progress in these raid dungeons and they might need you in order to advance in some of the dungeons. Since you get saved if you entire with a specific group and kill a boss, you might not be able to help out your guild until the dungeon resets every Tuesday night. If you are allowed to go to some raid instances you should definitely use that opportunity since these raid dungeons have a lot more bosses. With all those bosses there is not only a high chance that you can improve your gear but you can also win valuable items that you can sell after the raid. Do make sure that you do not go with a bad group of people because otherwise your repair bill will be high and it becomes less effective to proceed with your raid.
